Traditions: Mexican Mango-10.5%
This rare and unique honey comes to us this year from south of the border. Mango honey is only available when the climate and weather allow it and the mango flowers dominate over the other flowers in the area. Dark, almost red brown in color, Mexican Mango has an earthiness, and hints of exotic spices. Fruity on the tongue, almost candy like with a rich, deep maple sugar undertone.
